South Caringbah Bedroom

After working on the lower levels of this home Kathryn's client wanted to add a master bedroom suite as a 3rd level to the home. Kathryn helped her client choose the paint colours, carpet, tiles, bathroom fittings and also furniture to create a sanctuary for her and her husband to enjoy. With a view out on to the Port Hacking River in South Caringbah keeping a natural and earthy decorative scheme for the interiors was important. A custom made king size bed and bedhead was made to fit with the colour palette. Soft furnishings were chosen in softs greens, greys and natural hues to complement the world outside. A timber cabinet was introduced to add warmth to the bedroom. A subdued palette was used for the bathroom with this room needing to be a place of relaxation and quiet.
